Prepayment is required in full for reservations requested within 3 months of arrival date. For reservations requested more than 3 months in advance, prepayment may be split into two monthly payments.

Cancellation policy: Up to 30 days before arrival, deposit and payment will be refunded in full. Within 30 days of arrival, we will refund the deposit and payment for any nights that are rebooked. If the cottage cannot be rebooked, there is no refund of rent, but deposit will be refunded.
