Spring Weekly Rate:

Summer Weekly Rate:

• $1,645 for 7 nights

• July through Labor Day Weekend
   

Fall Weekly Rate:

• $1,575 for 7 nights

• After Labor Day Weekend through Mid-October
   

Booking Policies:

• The cottage rents for a minimum of 5 to 7 days or longer.
  You can choose to check in and check out on these days each week:

> Check-in OK on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

> Check out OK on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.  

• FALL COLORS SPECIAL:
  Fall Discount of $199/night with rate prorated for the number of nights you stay.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

• Maximum number of guests: 4​

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

• ​Smoking on the property is prohibited.

Security Deposit and Payment Policy:

• A refundable $200 Security Deposit and a non-refundable $80 cleaning fee are collected with payment.

• Prepayment is required to hold the reservation. You can either pay in full or, if you are booking at least three months prior to arrival, we can divide the total into two monthly payments: 50% due at booking and 50% due in 30 days.
